Kristina Albert, Leadership Excellence LLC |Immigration and HR experience combine into an international coaching superpower

Kristina Albert helps leaders thrive and make an impact on their organizations’ success. She’s great at her work. And, she has a special knack for doing this in international environments.

Originally from Germany, Kristina used to work in the HR world, helping senior leaders develop their leadership and communication skills. While working with international talent, she noticed that people’s different cultures and backgrounds deeply influenced their style. She artfully helped people navigate these differences, understand each other, and build trust and communication across cultural lines. This, in turn, made their businesses run more effectively.

After going through a move to the United States, Kristina began to use her incredible toolkit in coaching and leadership development to build her own practice, Leadership Excellence LLC. The international aspect of her work – and now her own personal experience – followed her. She now helps leaders across all organizations, and especially when working with those of different backgrounds, leverage their drive and ambition to build amazing teams and organizations.
