Lindsay Smith
Lindsay is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of two mental health group counseling centers. She has long taught others how to release unnecessary suffering and create a life of abundant joy. She has grown her businesses to seven figures and created exceptional systems and teams so that growth and smooth operations continue with almost none of her involvement. She is world-class at hiring top-notch therapists and creating processes to ensure therapy practices run like clockwork. Lindsay studied Sociology at the University of Puget Sound and Social Work at San Diego State University. She was featured in the bestselling book Leading with Legacy, a collection of 20 accomplished women sharing inspirational stories about their achievements.
Dan King
Dan is a tennis and meditation-loving former lawyer turned private equity strategist and executive coach. Dan has helped leaders understand and realize their potential, successfully transition careers, and augment their sales capabilities. He has worked with a Shark on the Shark Tank TV show, senior politicians, US army officers, and CEOs. Previously, Dan was in corporate law. He realized he cared more about his clients’ leadership and human challenges than their legal challenges so he entered the coaching industry. Dan built and sold a coaching company serving the legal industry. He studied Law at McGill University and Psychology at Columbia University (Teacher’s College). He is a world traveler and veteran of 2 extreme auto races, driving a Fiat from London to Mongolia and a rickshaw the length of India.
Michael Goldberg
Michael is a Clinical Psychologist and was Founder and CEO of Child & Family Psychological Services, Inc., which sold to LifeStance Health in 2017. He later became Division President of LifeStance Health, where he led the private equity company’s acquisitions in the Northeast. He was responsible for the acquisition of 10 practices and established 12 new locations. He executed multiple strategic partnerships before LifeStance recapitalized with TPG in 2020 and went public in 2021. Michael cared deeply about the clinicians and, through creating exceptional cultures for them, was able to increase the retention rate at acquired practices. He is a leading national expert in the business of mental health. Michael’s Doctorate in Psychology is from Saint Louis University.
