Mirella De Civita, founder of Papillon MDC, is overflowing with authenticity. Her journey through academia to leadership development and executive coaching required her to confront immense challenges. Despite years of PhD hardship, she knew academia wasn’t for her and that she wanted to build a coaching business. This felt scary because she had no paycheck and had never run a business before. 

But despite the fear, she leapt. She persevered and she succeeded. Papillon MDC's team delivers top-notch training and coaching all over the world. Mirella’s longer-term vision is to democratize coaching through Grand Heron International; she doesn’t want coaching to be purely for the C-Suite and senior leadership. She wants to build a coaching world that serves everyone.
