As the co-founder of PromoteHer, Jennifer is bringing to life her mission of accelerating gender equality through organizations.

Studies have shown that businesses that have women in leadership roles tend to perform better. Yet, there are challenges, brought to light in particular by the COVID19 pandemic, which make it difficult for women to accelerate in organizations.

This is where Jennifer and her partner come in. They have a virtual 90-Day program that invites mid-level emerging women leaders and their direct managers to partake in deep assessment, education, and alignment, with the goal of helping the women move up in their organization. It’s a practical, research-based approach with stunning outcomes: building a better, more equitable world.
