Gino Wickman is an accomplished author of multiple business books. His latest passion project, a book titled Entrepreneurial Leap, has just been released. He seeks to help entrepreneurs in the making understand what the entrepreneurial journey is like, and gauge their odds of success.

Gino’s a legend in the entrepreneurial world. He’s the founder of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System), a set of tools that helps businesses scale their growth and streamline operations. He has been working with hard-hitting entrepreneurs for the past 30 years. Gino abandoned the conventional academic path, by refusing to go to college after graduating from high school. He knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur. 

Gino believes that aspiring entrepreneurs must first confirm whether they have what it takes to be successful. Gino describes his book as a “cautionary tale”.
